Long handle low level strainers attach to the end of a suction hose that prevents debris from entering the hose or the pump when drawing water from a pond or other body of water. Recommended for pumps 1500 to 2000 GPM. NH threads are used by most fire departments and fire trucks. Drafts down to 2 inch from the bottom. Base pan design has additional side walls eliminating tank damage.
