This hose is sometimes referred to as pencil line or toy hose in the wildland fire industry and is coupled with standard 3/4 inch garden hose threads (GHT).
- Polyester jacket with a smooth thremoplastic polyurethane liner to reduce friction loss
- Color treatment on the yellow hose model increases abrasion resistance and virtually elimnates water pick-up
- Weighs only 1.25 lbs per 50 feet and coil diameter is only 9 inches for easy storage
- The hose is coupled with brass garden hose threaded couplings complete with gasket and fitted with strain reliefs inside the ferrules to protect the hose
- This hose meets or exceeds NFPA 1961
